At Kingdom Purpose Community Outreach Inc. (KPCO), we are committed to strong governance, ethical leadership, and accountability to the communities we serve.

Our organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors in accordance with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA). The Board provides strategic direction, financial oversight, and ensures that KPCO operates with integrity, transparency, and purpose.

We uphold best practices in nonprofit governance, including:

• A minimum of three (3) volunteer Directors
   
• Clearly defined Board officer roles (President, Treasurer, Secretary)
   
• Annual Board evaluations and succession planning
   
• Conflict of Interest disclosures
   
• Financial oversight and internal controls
   
• Regular review of policies and strategic priorities
   
• Record retention and regulatory compliance
   

All Directors serve without remuneration and are guided by approved governance policies, including our Code of Ethics, Financial Controls Policy, and Conflict of Interest Policy.

We are committed to responsible stewardship of all funds entrusted to us. Our financial practices include:

• Board approval of annual budgets
   
• Quarterly financial reviews
   
• Grant tracking and reporting
   
• Independent financial review or audit as required under ONCA
   
• Transparent use of funds aligned with our mission
